Featured Cocktail: Clean Snow Martini

This one started as a joke.

We were talking about snow.

Then about “snow.”

Then about stage props, roof leaks, and ice dams.

And somehow we landed on this.

The Clean Snow Martini looks innocent. Pale. Bright. A little frosty.

But there’s just enough lemon in it to keep things interesting.

It’s not creamy. It’s not heavy. It’s crisp, slightly sweet, and unexpectedly balanced.

Perfect for a snow day.

Preferably one where your roof is not leaking.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz white crème de cacao

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Ice

  • Lemon twist (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add vodka, white crème de cacao, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

  3. Shake well. Like you mean it.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist if you’re feeling fancy.

That’s it.

Why it works

The crème de cacao gives it a soft, subtle sweetness.

The lemon cuts through and adds brightness.

The vodka keeps it clean and crisp.

It tastes lighter than it sounds.

Which feels appropriate for something called “Clean Snow.”
